Farrell told Lou Dobbs that the acting FBI Chief FOIA Officer confirmed that ALL of James Comey’s memos were classified at the time they were written and are still classified today. James Comey leaked the classified documents to a liberal reporter and friend to publish which is a federal crime.
Chris Farrell: We have a sworn declaration from David Hardy who is the Chief FOIA Officer of the FBI that we obtained just in the last few days. And in that sworn declaration Mr. Hardy says that all of Comey’s memos, all of them, were classified at the time they were written and they remain classified.
It looks like Boy Scout Comey could be heading to prison!

Classified is classified; this whole thing with illary, Huma, Comey, the unsecure server etc and them not getting brought up on charges goes to show that there is currently a double standard in this country.

The second problem is that they will always get a jury with some Democrat who will lie to get on it and to get them off. We’re seeing it in reverse in the DC Grand Jury that will indite anyone they ask.
If I could give ANY excuse for Justice NOT inditing Clinton, it would be that they didn’t want to spend the money on a trial where the chance of finding a jury willing to look for truth over connection to their own political position is almost nil. Why waste the money or, worse, look like a fool when they bring her to court and fail?
I only see one piece of data that gives me ANY hope, and that is that the investigators are in Arkansas. In DC, why bother? But in Arkansas? Still... Too many Democrats. But for them I still want a trial, even if the MSM has too many more important stories, like white trucks blocking golf course visibility, to cover.

And Comey even parsed his admission in a way he probably thought would give his friend Professor Daniel Richman some kind of protection from prosecution. It is obvious that Daniel Richman ought to be in hot water. Maybe they ought to "Flynn" him and see how that plays with the left.

I suspicion the whole reason Huma put those emails on the home lap-tap, and labeled them ‘insurance” was to protect HER from “Arkanside.” OOPS...
But, I think Hitlery’s clean-up crew - 4 of them - may have been “neutralized.” I saw something on that a couple weeks ago - didn’t cache it, darn.
So or not, I think the Clintooon’s power and influence have suffered a fatal blow. They are now poison. Those longing for their shot in power, who have been waiting in the wings for decades, now see a shot to gleefully sideline Hitlery.
Coupled with that, It looks like her safety ship is sinking. You know what happens to “sinking ships.” The rats will be running down the anchor rope and jumping into the sea, swimming for shore. And some, who expect subpoenas with their names on them may be coming their way, will claw over one another to get to the ‘state’s (or the equivalent for Federal)evidence deals to mitigate the consequences of their dastardly deeds. (And that may include people in the DOJ and FBI/CIA - maybe even Sessions who may have been compromised all this time by the Hitlery cabal - with some long ago black-mailable info, as they did to John Roberts who was blackmailed into the sudden shift to approve O’Care - or loose his little girls that they had adopted from S. America under, perhaps, less than legit channels. And had he not capitulated, he may have been Judge Scalia’ed )
