Farrell told Lou Dobbs that the acting FBI Chief FOIA Officer confirmed that ALL of James Comey’s memos were classified at the time they were written and are still classified today. James Comey leaked the classified documents to a liberal reporter and friend to publish which is a federal crime.
Chris Farrell: We have a sworn declaration from David Hardy who is the Chief FOIA Officer of the FBI that we obtained just in the last few days. And in that sworn declaration Mr. Hardy says that all of Comey’s memos, all of them, were classified at the time they were written and they remain classified.
It looks like Boy Scout Comey could be heading to prison!

i am not convinced that the FOIA officer has such power to make a unilateral determination.
from there, i am not certain about the circumstances of the classification itself.
looking aside for a moment, i did not see anything else on the web about this (fd: i quickly used only a google news search). if it is valid, then it seems to me that other news outlets would be picking this story up... which if any news outlets are picking it up?

I’d be looking at other ways Clinton Inc can throw spanners in his spokes, knowing that the crime family has been weakened considerably by Hillary.
She absolutely cannot rely on support from the dims anymore. They need her gone.
I just learned on Fox that the DOJ is opening up a new investigation on the Clinton's pay-for-play Foundation and the emails. I only hope that this investigation is quick and finally brings these crooks to justice.

I think you’re right what’s happening. I’ve been calling for military tribunals for a long time here. It really is the only way to reel in this kind of corruption.
I have a feeling too many in the MSM might go bananas, but it will be live and detained from inside GITMO. There are many, many traitors in our MSM and they need to be treated as such.

Unless they detain him right now, he’s gonna be asked to take a walk in Ft Marcy Park, sometime in the very near future or be asked to meet someone at around 4am, but he’ll have to walk down a deserted, DC street to get to the meeting place.
If I were him, I’d be asking to be in protective custody on a secure military base. Otherwise, it could be lights out.
And some of the classifications are “Secret,” if not all...they indicated earlier from Grassley’s inquiry.

People on the inside of the classified world develop an attitude where they feel superior to those on the outside. It’s because they know things, usually important things, that nobody else knows. Since none of their actions can be criticized because so few people see their actions, after a career of this they begin to feel like they can do anything and get away with it. Again, because nobody, especially at the top, can be criticized, simply because so few people see what they do. So, if the FBI director “strategically” leaks information, who will ever find out?
Note that the FBI director and other players may leak either legitimate information or disinformation as part of their job. They do this to achieve particular results from the “enemy.” Having spent a career doing this, and now the “enemy” is Trump, why wouldn’t the FBI director do the same thing he has been doing to confound the enemy for his entire career?
The only thing, literally, that makes this a crime, is Hillary didn’t win the presidency.
