Farrell told Lou Dobbs that the acting FBI Chief FOIA Officer confirmed that ALL of James Comey’s memos were classified at the time they were written and are still classified today. James Comey leaked the classified documents to a liberal reporter and friend to publish which is a federal crime.
Chris Farrell: We have a sworn declaration from David Hardy who is the Chief FOIA Officer of the FBI that we obtained just in the last few days. And in that sworn declaration Mr. Hardy says that all of Comey’s memos, all of them, were classified at the time they were written and they remain classified.
It looks like Boy Scout Comey could be heading to prison!

I understand where you are coming from. We’ve been under the boot of injustice for nearly 30 years. How many times did we say that a Clinton would be subject to justice, only to see them get away.
But these are different days, my good FRiend. There is a whole new regime in Washington, unlike any we’ve seen in our lifetime. Our man, President Donald J. Trump is a true American, and a true New Yorker.
Now, I’m a Virginian. I love my southern home and keep an amicable skeptic eye on Yankees. But I’ve learned that New Yorkers are some good folks, and fighters. You want them on your side.
So, when I say President Trump is a New Yorker, I know he is one who will fight and win. We’ve seen him do it time and time again. Them low-life DC swamp critters have no chance against him. They are going to be drained.

The irony of all this: if they had not pushed to oust Trump... if they had not run an investigation of Trump.. if they had not done the fake dossier... they probably would have gotten by with all this that they did.

When Nunes has exposed the criminality the deep state used against Trump, then he can start exposing the criminality that John Brennan and James Clapper used against Chief Justice John Roberts, and Joe Arpaio, and a bunch of other people, as well as why they breached the FL voter database before the 2012 election and the HI Dept of Health’s Vital Records database before the fake long-form was released...
The stuff on Trump is just the tip of the iceberg, and when Comey’s now-demoted buddy gave Dennis Montgomery immunity for his records from “The Hammer” and then squelched any investigation of the issue, he bought time but ultimately left everything for Nunes to look into in the process of investigating the whole corrupt cabal.
Sundance at Conservative Treehouse had an article today about the role of Admiral Mike Rogers in alerting Trump to the illegal wiretapping done on him at Trump Tower, and how this came after Sally Yates had refused to allow that department to be subject to inspector general scrutiny. James Clapper moved to fire Rogers when Rogers’ visit to Trump Tower was known. The higher-ups that haven’t been mentioned much so far are behind all this, deliberately setting things up for these illegalities and for there to be no IG to keep them accountable - and to punish Rogers when he performed the proper investigation and worked to set things right.
By the time this is fully investigated, every high-level appointee of Obama will be sitting in Gitmo, because the picture that emerges is one of treason. Obama’s entire regime was at war with EVERY aspect of the US Constitution, working to subvert elections, the judiciary, Congress, the system of checks and balances, and nearly every law ever written.
There was a reason that Hillary said if Trump was elected they would all hang. And this is the one and only time I will say “Amen” to anything she has said. May it be so! Amen!

Only the Lord can deliver us, and He has intervened to put a David with a slingshot in front of this Behemoth Goliath.
