Three inches? That's a "bomb cyclone winter storm?"
Is this a little scare mongering by the Globull Warming crowd?

or, as we called it when I was growing up, a winter storm.
But now we need exciting headlines and labels. Surprised it isn't called "Trump's bomb cyclone winter storm"

3 inches? We don’t even bother getting our road plowed for that piddly amount.

The headline is a bit misleading as it refers to the storm itself which will “bomb” off the eastern seaboard and turn into essentially a hurricane. Not referring to the snowfall amounts - which are paltry. But if the storm was to track just a hundred miles further west, the snowfall totals will rise dramatically.

Will it be as bad as the winter storm of 1888?
That was a killer.

NE NC(Roanoke Rapids to Elizabeth City) is set to get up to 9”. That will paralyze that part of the state. All the people who do nothing all day will have to stay home and do it. Luckily SNAP benefits went out Tuesday.

No matter the amount of snow, the weather people will be out in their LL Bean parkas, fighting the wind and the snowflakes. It’s as predictable as covering the line of tax procrastinators at the Post Office mailboxes at midnight on April 15. Obviously, there’s not much creativity required to manage TV newsrooms.

3 inches??!!
Heck, you can't even build a decent snow fort with that little bit of snow!
