Augh! I didn’t! I figured it would just freeze again before he found it. I never know when he will show up and it’s been below freezing for 3 days now. I’m a bad adopted mom.

There is a fuzzy throw in the cat carrier on the front porch. if I knew for sure that he didn’t use it, I’d just put it in the shed and then bring the other one home when I’m at the church building again.

It takes a little while to freeze back over, especially if you put warm water in it. That’s what I did. I’d also go out and just break the top skin of ice and toss the ice chunks and add warm water from a pitcher.
And then there were times it was so frozen I had to dump the whole thing and start over. That was usually when I woke up since Hubby didn’t keep an eye on it.

Is there a thrift store in your area? You could get a blanket for a buck or two at a store like that. Bet Ghost would really like that! LOL
