Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Thomas Homan said California "better hold on tight" after its liberal Democratic governor allowed a sanctuary state law to take effect this week.
Neil Cavuto said that Gov. Jerry Brown claimed the law will protect illegal immigrants living quietly in the shadows of society from law enforcement intent on "yanking them out of there."
"I think it's terrible," Homan said, adding that Brown's action put politics in front of public safety.

Perhaps it is time for a full court press on California.
Crackdowns on manufacturing and food processing facilities to check for illegal workers, OSHA inspections to insure safety programs are properly implemented in the State’s various official languages. TSA airport careful screening of all flights in and out of CA to insure valid federal ID is used.

If employers are given enough grief they’re going to start turning illegals away, California couldn’t do a thing about it and if illegals can’t work many will self deport, agents would only be enforcing existing law.

Well, Kevin de Leon, Beaner Pro Tem of the CA Senate has stated publicly, that some of his “extended family” are in the country illegally, so why not start with them. That act would set Brown’s hair on fire, if he had any.
Works for me. By admission he also knows where crimes are being committed and hasn’t reported them.
the dumbass state I live in, Illinois passed a Sanctuary State law before Calipornification did -- please clean up my state first!
