Marie Harf, a former Obama State Department spokeswoman, appeared on today’s Fox News Sunday. Substitute host Dana Perino didn’t hesitate to put Harf on the hot seat, comparing Obama’s lack of support for Iranian protesters in 2009 with President Trump and VP Pence’s support for the protesters in Iran today.
Exemplifying Obama’s losing, “leading from behind,” approach to foreign policy, Harf said:
“The reason we didn’t [support the protesters] was that it was our judgment—and we were hearing from Iranians protesting on the streets that your support will not help us.”

I never understood why Fox hired this “nuanced” nitwit.
Fox has always had lefties on its roster, and that’s how it can justify its “fair and balanced” motto. So, I thought bringing on Jessica Tarlov made sense (she does have the creds: check out her educational resume; moreover she is not obnoxious, and in fact is often gracious).
However, why Fox has the insufferable Shemp in its line-up is beyond me.

Harf's mind is so completely seared against conflicting perspectives that her cognitive development is forever imprisoned in Piaget's pre-operational egocentrism stage. In other words, all Harf has to do in order to make an idea true or false to herself is to simply believe it to be so.
We see damning evidence of arrested cognitive development throughout the Democrat party, in everything its members say and do. Every subversive and destructive comment or action is driven by the need to protect their version of reality. Instead of demonstrating a mature willingness to accept possible new perspectives, they throw themselves on the floor and call names, or do whatever it takes, legal or not, to keep their worldview safe.
We are dealing with dangerously deranged children.
The fact that Fox had even hired Marie Harf, and continues to employ her after her saying some of the most blatantly untrue and inane things ever uttered on television, tells me that I was right to tune Fox out after "Bloody Megyn" unveiled her true nature.
