For Sessions to stay at the DOJ, knowing DJT wants him out, tells me he either has an enormous ego that I missed or he is Full Swamp. I believe the latter.

Fast forward to 2020 during the Pence administration, Thibodeaux writes:

Sessions will act at a time and place of his choosing. He will not allow the criminals to choose the site of the battle

Sorry, I just think this is delusional...

... but I desperately hope that you prove me clueless and completely wrong.

His job isn’t to indict. He is a Congressman. You truly expected indictments under. Democrat House, a Democrat Senate a demoralizing President and a Democrat AG?

Not Trey Gowdy? Why? There another resume out there better? Before you begin Gowdy as a federal prosecutor never lost a case.

Based on what? Your opinion? Never losing a federal case as a prosecutor says otherwise.

No he isn’t kdding. Unlike some, People actually know constitutional roles as does Gowdy and know who is responsible for indictments and prosecutions and that isn’t Congress. As painful as it is for some to hear Gowdy did his job superbly. In fact so well the present AG could bring indictments. Hell a one year college grad prosecutor could bring indictments based on the case Gowdy brought forward.

Sessions has to go.

Christie was a very effective prosecutor, and I believe he can be low key if he wants, but there was a lot of curruption in New Jersey and Christie cleaned it up.

He would scare the crap out of the deep state.

I am with you. I believe Sessions will strike when the payoff is greatest, in terms of decapitating the Deep State. Look already, DOJ has relieved, what is it, 8 top players of their duties. I don’t think it will stop at removing them from their jobs, but that was an essential part, so that the right people can be put in place in the DOJ when the prosecutions start to come.

Over 4000 sealed Federal indictments nationwide, supposedly.

One of them was recently unsealed: a Massachusetts State Senator indicted on 113 Federal counts of things like racketeering, money laundering, extortion, that kind of thing.

See 35...then if you have questions see 35 again and again. I know it can be frustrating when we have an inept AG who has so much evidence (thank you Mr. Gowdy) and a President for god knows what reason doesn’t press his own AG to bring indictments. I know it can cause some tonlash out at phantoms and find the blame man.

Absolutely positively yes Trey. Don’t be discouraged by the snarky sniveling. There is no better prosecutor

Trump said at the rallies after the Election, “we don’t care anymore.” Hillary was never going to be prosecuted. However, Sessions has been horrible with the Mueller witch hunt.

Sessions is afraid of being accused of partisanship? What about the partisanship shown by Lerner when she deliberately held up the applications of the conservative 501c organizations?

Hard to believe Guiliani would do better.

It’s clear that very few GOP elites want to fight for conservative cause, they are reluctant to get behind Trump. They are afraid to talk about MAGA.

Since when does a Congressman have the power to INDICT anyone? And here all this time I thought that it was grand juries that did the indicting... Duh!

Then why in the F*** did he waste our time? I am getting so sick and tired of waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to put the cuffs on Hillary and to put her in the slammer. MY GOD how long do we have to wait. What DIDNT she do?

You’re right all congress can do is investigate, then hand the evidence be to a DOJ who convenes a grand jury.
