Q has used the exact phrases in some of his communications as high-up members of the Administration: e.g. the pic of Washington Crossing the Delaware, and the exact wording of President Trump's tweet about the armed forces at the Army-Navy game. Yet he was not ostentatious about the occurrence, leaving people to pick it up for themselves.
That pattern does look like it is a way for the DOD and Trump to quietly - without the media picking anything up - support this guy’s credibility.
Either that, or the guy is just lucky enough to know what both the DOD and Trump were thinking, shortly before they thought it...
