Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman had initially said his team would announce its decision on whether it would file charges in the shooting death of Justine Damond, but on Thursday, Freeman said in a statement the investigation would not be completed by the Dec. 31 deadline.
A dedicated team in the Hennepin County Attorneys Office has been working diligently since we received the case in mid-September, Freeman said in a statement. Our goal was to complete the review and make a decision on whether or not to bring charges by the end of the year. We are getting more information and evidence and additional investigation must be completed. As I have mentioned before, the investigation and review of the case will not be rushed. It is more important to get it right than to get it done quickly.

Justine Damond Ping.
If you would like to be on this ping list for updates on this case, let me know.
Trying to cover for the MUZZLIME Somali village idiot they handed a gun. They are pathetic in their frantic attempts to rewrite the obvious.
They will delay it forever if they can....................
Bang Bang Bang How can I help you, Miss Damond?
They will eventually ‘Blame the Victim’, announce the case closed and go home.............
Wonder if that’s why they searched her apartment after she was killed. Looking for anything they could hang around her neck?
If Hennipen County cannot, or will not complete the investigation, what stops them from bringing in an outside agency to do the investigating job? From all know info thus far reported via the “media” (who trust that?), the muzzie plain and simply murdered the woman for no apparent reason.
I would say that her Civil rights have been violated, can someone wake up A.G. Sessions.
Yep!.....................
The land of 10,000 lakes has become so incredibly liberal they are lost to the notion of justice.
How much “investigating’ does it take to declare it a “good shoot?” After all, it is Shariah Law that is being tacitly invoked so such a finding is obvious and should not be objectionable to either the police-are-right-in-any-case folks or the Pro-Wetback crowd and the Left.
They were hoping to find a package of blunts to seal the Justified finding.
They could find plenty of honest jurors if [a BIG IF] they would open up the jury pool to outside the Twin Cities metro area.
Yes. Where is Sessions on this?
I can’t bear to read this knowing this is all a delay and obfuscation game and the murderer will never be charged.
Are they protecting him because he is a cop? Or are they doing it because he is a Muslim?
I’d be all for a change venue to Dakota County...
Both, would be my guess, but, we may never know.
They are going to play four corners stall on this until they find a way to clear their pet muzzie cop.
After all, what is the death of one woman compared to the future of their multi-cultural islamic workers paradise?
I’m always amazed at these “so called investigations”. Do they work on them like for a minute per day??? If you’re Joe Public and accused of a crime like this, they work tirelessly. But when it’s “one of their own”, they sit around a drink coffee. And people wonder why they have lost faith in law enforcement.
