The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove.

Trump is completely fine in his approach and his approach is what constantly wins time and time again.
Trump does not want to be “friends” with the bad guys—he wants to paint them all into a corner for public humiliation and eventual death.
There still are polls showing him in the 30s - the college polls (quinnipac, etc), gallup, etc - all the ones that have been the ones well under normal. Since there is no election in a few days on Trump, they can publish whatever they want with little recourse. Rasmussen is also one of the few who does their poll off likely voters and not adults (or RV).
The entrenched media will make sure his popularity is never shown above 50%. I’m still trying to figure out how they will credit the strong economy that is busting out every where to anything or anyone but him. Unemployment at a 17 year low, biggest christmas shopping season ever, and consumer confidence at an all time high. All of this started on Wednesday, November 9th, 2016.

I can’t understand the criticism that Trump needs to communicate better/more. Every republican should have twitter just to follow Trump. No excuse not to.
It’s actually 75% approval all over America except for the East and West coastlines.
Some on twitter call Trump a lightening rod, then they ask, what is Rick Perry doing, what is Scott Pruitt doing, what is Betsy DeVos doing, what is Jeff Sessions doing, etc. You don’t hear much about that because the media is distracted by Trump. The point is when all the focus is on Trump his people are free to do their jobs.
Rasmussen polls likely voters. The others poll either anyone who answers or registered voters.
I figure the real number is approaching 70%.

Rasmussen is likely the most accurate for assessing approval in a continuous manner. Unfortunately it is ignored by the MSM in favor of the MSM linked surveys, so few people will ever be aware of these numbers.
Wait till the tax cuts hits, or when people see their paycheck increasing by less withholding, that’s when people notice. People will notice when companies are expanding, offering bonuses again, when our REAL unemployment numbers(No like the fake number under the milk chocolate messiah) go under 4%. People will notice when they see the left getting more and more insane. People have already noticed like they did with Reagan the MSM is hysterical and no Trump did not press the button Day One, that he he is unstable, unbalanced and dangerous. People also love mavericks and people who speak their mind. What Trump is finally doing what Presidents of past tried to do is not waste time on nonredeemable people who hate you like, college professors, urban poor\corrupt\criminal\hopeless\helpless\useless and uber-liberal\communist imbeciles.

I no longer discuss politics with anyone. No benefit, lots of reasons not to.
Years ago, in the colonies, only male landowners had a vote. Realistically, we couldn't do that now but I'd love it if only taxpayers could vote and those on welfare could only vote if they get themselves off the dole.

Now that the POTUS is showing real leadership does actually accomplish positive things for the citizens, I expect Trump’s approval numbers will continue to slowly rise.
Better a slow rise due to the voters actually experiencing the effects of the tax bill, and seeing the imminent demise of ISIS in the ME, and having a presidential family celebrating Christmas.
Relieving us of the burden of excessive PC talk especially during this holiday season has helped too. I have enjoyed so much saying Merry Christmas to everyone!
It bothers me that Trump is using the stock market as a measure of his success. I don’t want him to be tied to a market correction so he better keep an ace in the hole where he can blame the Dem’s for any market correction.
