'WaPo': Now That Obama's Been Gone a Year, America Returns to Misery

Sad face.

As America approaches the one-year mark without left-wing Savior Barack Obama to wisely guide its way, the U.S. returns to misery. At least, that's the declaration of The Washington Post:

"Extreme poverty returns to America - -The U.N. finds growing numbers of Americans are living in the most impoverished circumstances. How did we get here?"

WaPo didn't notice homelessness when Hussein was POTUS.

The Ministry of Propaganda never mentions the homeless when a Democrat is in the White House, but as soon as it is a Republican, there are homeless everywhere.

Extreme poverty...

And she's not only merely poor, she's really most extremely poor.

Same playbook they've been using since Reagan (or before). Yawn.

One thing is for certain: we did not “get here” in a single year.

It hasn’t even been one year since DJT was sworn into office. Exactly what policies can the WaPo point to that POTUS has passed on the federal level that has caused homelessness?
And are they sure the problem isn’t the actual Mayors of the cities where it’s an issue, like San Francisco? NAH..socialism running rampant in these big cities for decades never causes bad things like poverty, homelessness and crime, right?

All you need to do in this country is look at where the biggest problem is with poverty and crime, and 99% of the time that city or suburb is ran by a bunch of leftists and for YEARS.

Homelessness was front and center under Reagan and Bush. Heard about it nearly every night on the MSM. It miraculously disappeared under Clinton. It’s in their playbook.

I’ve found it amazing how many people are finally “getting” this media tactic. It’s taken 40 years or so, but even low-info Americans are catching on.

In the age of Trump, there are no homeless.

There are, however, bums and hoboes.

Under BO and certainly under a possible HRC, I had no possibility of retirement anytime soon.

Since 11/08/16, I will be able to retire in May, 2018.

;-)

There were homeless articles prior to Trump-——I guess the WaPo missed them.

Just one:https://www.nytimes.com/2016/08/29/nyregion/long-nights-with-little-sleep-for-homeless-families-seeking-shelter.html

"Exactly what policies can the WaPo point to that POTUS has passed on the federal level that has caused homelessness?"

How dare you ask them to provide facts to support their innuendos! /sarc

But, seriously, here in the Seattle area, homelessness grew progressively and obviously worse during the Obama years; it got so bad that even the local liberal media had to talk about it. It became a campaign issue during the recent mayoral election, and - even in liberal Seattle - no one had the audacity to blame Trump.

“The U.N. finds ...”

The U.N. couldn’t find its a$$ with both hands, detailed instructions, and the help of thousands of U.N. experts.

I guess the Washington Post never noticed the Obamaville squatters camps that sprung up as he crashed the economy.

right? the fact this rag even tweet some bull(*#% from the UN of all places is pretty funny, if not pathetic.

I can see why the socialists in office (we call them democrats) promote this failed destructive political ideology. It gives them total power and makes them wealthy grifting our money, but wth do the emotional children in the media get from cheer leading for a bunch of kleptocrats and for socialism/Marxism/communism?
