Wow, that is actually a pretty big deal. China has been the main thing keeping North Korea afloat. If they really start to cut off their support, that could have a major impact.

There was a report yesterday of Chinese tankers transferring oil to NK tankers. I don’t think China or Russia are going to obey sanctions.
