It’s against the law in TN, too, but they turn a blind eye on NYE as well as the 4th of July.
Against the law to shoot them off but you can buy them. Go figure. LOL!
All the places that sell them here have to be outside the city limits too. But, like you said, they don’t enforce it very well unless we are in an extreme drought situation. Then, they get tough.
You love New Year's Eve, but you keep it more low key than most folks. You think it's the perfect night for staying home.
You're content to snuggle up on the couch, eat yummy take out food, and watch tv waiting for the ball to drop.
Just because you're staying at home, it doesn't mean you'll be rocking the yoga pants all night. You'll at least put on something sparkly.
And since you're staying home, you can break out the crazy hats, sparklers, and horns. You have no problem with a party of one!

Apparently they don’t have to be outside the city limits here. Some are and some aren’t.
We’ve had a few Julys that were really dry and they came down on people who shot stuff off. Fortunately it’s usually wet enough we can have our fun. :-)
Take a look at the temps we’ll be dealing with this week.
Scroll down and look at the left side of this link.

AIIIIYEEEEEEE!!!
Yi-i-i-i-i-kes!! That there is COLD!! Stay warm, sis! Hope your heater is operational! Are you getting much snow with the extreme cold? I guess I’ll have to start worrying about you driving home late at night on that twisty road, huh!
Hi Everybody!
Just got in, and I’m still hurting from my fall on the ice, so I’m going to bed.
Oh...and My New Year’s Eve Style is....
“HIP.”
The furnace is working nicely. plus we have the wood stove to cozy things up.
We got clobbered this past week with an ice storm first, and then a rapidly moving snow storm on Christmas Day that dropped
almost 10 inches.
It was awful! I had to drive to work and back in both those storms!
Try not to worry about me driving-it’s the OTHER drivers I worry about!
Not quite that cold here but it's still going to be an unpleasant week with temps we usually get later in Jan. into Feb.
LOL! I didn’t even notice. Was too busy watching the final couple of minutes of Major Crimes.

I didn’t think ANYone was going to take it! LOL! I didn’t want to post till they did! :)
Apparently I wasn’t the only one distracted by something tonight. LOL
No kidding. I figured it would be a race between you and Sis! LOL!
It SHOULD have been a race. LOL
Here is the result I got:
Indeed!
Sorry I left for so long. I got caught up watching the Christmas special of the series called “Victoria” about England’s Queen Victoria. it is longer than I thought it would be.
And, I will need to head out when it’s done, which should be soon, so....see ya tomorrow night? Nite!
Dude......
Thanks for taking the quiz! As I recall, casual is your lifestyle! :)
