Senators were once elected by, and worked for, their states.

Today, they are elected by the people, but work for their political party.

The rat leadership threatened to hang, draw, and quarter the wayward.

I was considering sending thank you notes to Senator Sack-o-Durbin and Senator Duckworthless for passing the tax relief legislation. Do you think they would understand the irony?

Yes it would help WVA, but Chuckie wouldn’t let me, and I wasn’t a big enough man to stand up to him.

Manchin is a jerk. The hard-working people of his state should kick his ass to the curb.

Tell the truth, Joe.

You voted no because that was the order from the democrat gestapo leaders.

Under no circumstances are you permitted to cooperate with republicans to do what is right for the country.

The interests of the democrat party must come first!

Who the hell is this Joe Manchin guy? Chuck Shumer is the Senior Senator from West Virginia. That should be crystal clear to WV voters by now.

Who in Motaineer country belieces Manchin.. He has just gone weak-kneed at all the wealth redistribution in it. Millions of billions more to those Who pay zero in the first place. Or it could be the Democrat middle class sleaze in it. Minchin isn’t a fan of working cifizens.. so I bet he loves this as the 2 Chuck n Nancy debt deals.

Strategic error on Manchin’s part. Should have held his vote til the end and Schumer should have released him. His best bet now is to switch parties like his governor did.

This dude loves to fly near the flame. The Donald can easily hold a rally in West Virginny with the republican candidate for this seat and Joe is toast. He will do everything he can to cuddle up to Trump before the election but I know that the President feels strongly about keeping control of the Senate and increasing the majority. There are about 7 or so seats where President Trump can be instrumental in taking down a leftist this next November. Already the daily Rasmussen poll has Donald up to 44% with Hillary’s latest popularity down to 37%. The smug and arrogant left is ready to blow their brains out. It will only get worse for them as the Country rebounds.

Heard Joe Manchin on the local talk radio, he’s trying his best to dodge and weave on this. He was claiming he actually supported the bill but voted against it because he didn’t like the “process” (IE Reconciliation) that the Republicans used to pass it.

"Manchin said that he opposed the bill because it adds to the national debt"

Which is Newspeak for, "The Feds don't have as much money to waste..." How about we eliminate the Departments of Education, NPR, the EPA, and on and on and on? You know, all those that do NOT have a Constitutional mandate?
