WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Hillary Clinton's image has declined since June and is now the worst Gallup has measured for her to date. Her favorable rating has fallen five percentage points since June to a new low of 36%, while her unfavorable rating has hit a new high of 61%.
Since losing to Trump, Clinton's favorable ratings have not improved, in contrast to what has happened for other recent losing presidential candidates. In fact, her image has gotten worse in recent months as Democratic leaders, political observers and Clinton herself have attempted to explain how she lost an election that she was expected to win. Meanwhile, controversy continues to swirl around Clinton given continuing questions about the fairness of the 2016 Democratic nomination process and her dealings with Russia while secretary of state. There has also been renewed discussion of Bill and Hillary Clinton's handling of past sexual harassment charges made against Bill Clinton in light of heightened public concern about workplace behavior.

The same 36% who said that they believed that Hillary Clinton knew nothing about the workplace sex until Bill Clinton went on television and told America that he’d lied?

Nobody will be running against Hillary for anything ever again. So who cares what her popularity rating is?
Just as they did during the campaign, the media did their level best after the election during the book tour to prop up Hillary as interesting, funny, intelligent when political wonkery was not the primary subject.
The problem, of course, is that Hillary is uninteresting, as funny as a car crash and while she may have functional synapses her intelligence has been subsumed by rage, resentment and vindictiveness.
Predictably, Hillary herself took all the air out of her campaign and her image rehab, not least because her book was the kind of paranoid, contradictory screed that perfectly matched her personality and because nobody on either side really wanted to read it.
She’ll run in 2020, count on it...
The media is no longer fawning over her 24-7, nor running defense for her... because they’re so “objective”, now that she is no longer a part of the future of the Progressive destruction of America... and thus, her numbers decline among those TV drones with a long term memory limit of 72 hours.
Not a chance, bet on it.
