A lawyer for the Trump presidential transition team is accusing Special Counsel Robert Muellers office of inappropriately obtaining transition documents as part of its Russia probe, including confidential attorney-client communications and privileged communications.
In a letter obtained by Fox News and sent to House and Senate committees on Saturday, the transition teams attorney alleges unlawful conduct by the career staff at the General Services Administration in handing over transition documents to the special counsels office.
Kory Langhofer, the counsel to Trump for America, wrote in the letter that the special counsels office is aware that the GSA did not own or control the records in question.

My understanding is that the Trump legal team expected a request from Mueller for these documents, and were prepared to turn them over when asked. However, during the questioning of WH personnel which took place this week, the Trump legal team discovered that Mueller was already in possession of documents, even ones that the Trump people considered privileged, and that the documents had been obtained by Mueller illegally from the GSA, on whose servers the transition teams emails had been hosted.
This is a big deal.
It also reeks of the tactics of Andrew Weissmann, one of crooked Mueller's chief investigators, who has a long history of prosecutorial misconduct.

Mueller has no authority.
Do not do what he says.
Any lawyer can prosecute him back.

Mueller took illegal documents.
This is beyond a mere process crime of imperfection.

Trumps legal team needs to take a page out of the Dems playbook. Find a friendly judge and bring an action to have Mueller and his entire team kicked off this investigation for bias and illegal search and seizure.

I think Mueller is acting like a wounded animal. He is getting pounded day after day and the pressure in on. And Trump s lawyer bringing this out into the open is more pounding. When we see leaking of the transition teams emails we know just how wounded Mueller is.

Rosenstein needs to fire Mueller now. If Trump fires him he will take tremendous hits. If Rosenstein refuses, then Session’s must do it. Right? Wrong?

I think the decision to fire Mueller would be up to Rosenstein but I think it would be smart to hold off on firing Mueller for the moment. I want to hear how Mueller obtained these documents, and who turned them over. Mueller is going to be forced to explain himself and divulge his methods. I think that's going to be extremely interesting.

Mueller is begging to be fired. The question is why.

Don’t you realize that firing Mueller is what Ryan (Romney) is waiting for?

The leaking has already started. There was a bogus story in the Compost on Friday about Jared Kushner hiring a “crisis” PR team, and some of the details appeared to be related to these transition emails.

If there is a problem with Mueller, Rosenstein is the one who needs to be fired.

As Roger Stone said on Laura Ingraham’s show, “Trump’s lawyers are slow walking him to the gallows” by allowing this mueller coup to continue.
It’s months past time to fire everyone at the DOJ starting with that rat bastard Jeff Sessions.
