A lawyer for the Trump presidential transition team is accusing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office of inappropriately obtaining transition documents as part of its Russia probe, including confidential attorney-client communications and privileged communications.
In a letter obtained by Fox News and sent to House and Senate committees on Saturday, the transition team’s attorney alleges “unlawful conduct” by the career staff at the General Services Administration in handing over transition documents to the special counsel’s office.
Kory Langhofer, the counsel to Trump for America, wrote in the letter that the special counsel’s office is aware that the GSA “did not own or control the records in question.”

I think it’s an accepted concept that prosecutors can abuse the law. They have to adhere to certain principles.
That seems a rational conclusion, but then I’m not an attorney.

It’s not just a witch hunt it was a concocted lie made up to oust a legitimately elected President, and the lie became so big that “we need a special council”..so what we have it certainly appears is an agency that ramped up a lying dossier paid for by the DNC and Hillary, used it to launch this investigation knowing it was BULLSHHHHT.

If Mueller is so corrupt as to illegally obtain emails, then they are useless in his “investigation”. Illegally obtained evidence can’t be used to convict anyone of a crime, at least in the America I knew once upon a time.
Mueller has succeeded in taking a deeply flawed and corrupt FBI and managed to drive it off a cliff.

I believe according to non answers by Rosenstein this past week, he authorized Mueller to broaden the investigation.

You can’t be serious. If Mueller were half what you imagine he is, he wouldn’t be illegally accessing Trump’s private attorney-client communications.
