I can’t believe that people still think like that. But they do. Even here on FR.
Every article posted about the GOP should include a disclaimer that the actual party is more aligned with the Democrats than with the working American (which includes people who work for a paycheck as well as people who own a sole proprietorship).
Gun rights for the hoi polloi make great fund-raising fodder, but once they get to DC, the thought of all those armed rabble out there in flyover land is just terrifying.
Bryanw92, I’d like to say I don’t fall for this, and when I intellectualize on the topic, I do pretty good.
Unfortunately I still do make comments about us having the majority. That’s flawed logic.
