It would appear that Mr. Spurlock believes this confession to be a positive move re: his career.
The guy is a loser Michael Moore wannabe.
Smells like he’s writing his next screen play.
“Hey baby, SuperSize me!”
This whole thing seems to have made the full evolution.
In the beginning, there was an element of “has-been wannabe movie star” accusing a Big Shot of harassment as a way to make money or get some publicity.
Now it’s the Men who are outing themselves as past sex harassers as a way to make money or get some publicity.
America! What a country!
My view: male-female relationships are always complex, and in the past, people tried to be reasonable about mistakes and misunderstandings. Nowadays, everything s a crisis and no feels and compulsion to be reasonable or fair.
I need to become a member of #metoo.
That is, regarding sexual misconduct sometime in my 64 years, I’ve done it.
#metoo
I liked girls, and I had a 1963 rambler with fold down seats, and I went to the drive in. With girls. Most were quite compliant but a couple had to say no more than once before I got the message.
Somebody shoot me.

Spurlock said he “didn’t know what to do” when the woman started to cry during sex. She had said earlier in the night, before they took off their clothes, that she did not want to have sex.
...
She didn’t want sex, but she took off her clothes. Good grief.
“Me too”, I got some free grabs too, I wasn’t left out in the cold, I’m a cool predator guy too........../sarc
History repeats. There was a time in Ancient Rome when the privileged woke nervously in the morning wondering if the empower had placed them on his proscription list. The Plebes had no sympathy for the patricians who were persecuted without due process. So it goes in modern day America.
He also described a sexual encounter with a woman in college who later accused him of rape. He had considered the sex to be consensual.
Spurlock said he “didn’t know what to do” when the woman started to cry during sex. She had said earlier in the night, before they took off their clothes, that she did not want to have sex.
“We stopped having sex and I rolled beside her,” Spurlock wrote

Sounds like a couple of inebriated college students behaving in a typical fashion. If she didn’t want to have s**, why did she take off her clothes? Buyer’s remorse, IMO. (I am a woman, btw). I may be wrong, but that is what it sounds like to me.
And as for the crying, maybe this is too much info, but s** can lead to intense emotions; it has been a long time for me, but I did cry a couple of times, out of joy.
Again, if you don’t want to have s**, keep your clothes on and call a cab to get home. Or if he is at your place, tell him to get out, and if he won’t, call the police.
What is up with all of these “sexual misconduct” stories now? Bizarre.
What a putz.
This “admission” also seems to invalidate the premise of the Movie SuperSize Me.
He used liver tests to show that Big Macs were blowing out his liver. In this treatise, he admits to heavy drinking, never going more than a week without being on the sauce. He could have started out the month dry and progressively powered down booze so that by the end of the month, his liver was in desperate need of regeneration.
It is impossible to plumb the depths of Hollywood depravity.
Translation-
He was about to be outed.
This tactic might work for most of those Lockstep Lefties who haven’t been persecuted yet. Admit you’re a problem, so nobody has to go public and say you are... The Left is looking for a way that only they can forgive and use. If any Right leaning types try this, they will be destroyed.
