Democrat Doug Jones has defeated Roy Moore in Alabamas Senate election, according to a projection from the Fox News Decision Desk.

Women FEEL. And we get caught up with group-emotions. Men are rational and feeeeelings don’t cloud their judgment. All men? All women? Heavens no. But I’ve been a woman a good long time and I observe. Sometimes I think women’s suffrage was a very bad idea.
And I just about to give in with Trump. He has been great so far but just doesn't realize that the communists Democrats will burn him. In 2018 he will lose the Senate and that will end the run.
Alabama will go blue next election. Trump and the GOP are finished.
We saw what they did in MS when they didn’t get their way in the primary. They cheated in the runoff.
This time in AL since they lost the runoff, they knee-capped their own candidate.
State parties are still largely controlled by the Bush League.
Only amnesty candidates or we kneecap our own guy, like they did in VA to Cuccinelli, and now to Moore in AL.
Anything to prevent US from restoring the rule of law and reversing the demographic changes they have made against the will of the citizens.
Of course they are.
Alabamans didn’t choose Jones. They chose to stay home and Democrats sensed a rare opportunity and turned out. That’s all it takes to flip a seat.
The GOP has been quite literally “stuck on stupid” for decades.
Lets we forget - last time around when the GOP held the White House and both chambers of the legislative branch - they frittered it away and let the Democrats run the show. Voters remembered that and gave the Congress to the Dems... roasting the last few years of Bush’s presidency - and indeed, it was their policies that cranked up and exacerbated the economic collapse (that Bush then got blamed for).
And voters are even dumber today than then...
It was a fun first year. The next 3 are going to suck.
Its not the people who vote that count. Its the people who count the votes.
RIGGED!
Oh, give it a rest.
Trump got 1.3 million votes in Alabama last year. Roy Moore barely tipped 600,000.
Republicans stayed home. It's that simple. No fraud necessary.
They can accuse any candidate.
See my post 78. I know it is here to stay. But I can’t help wishing that more women were not so easily swayed by manipulative lies, scare mongering and appeals to emotion when deciding how to vote.
Don’t be silly. This was a situation around a candidate and an internal RNC war. Trump won by 26% last time and would match that today.
The marxist news media, marxists/democrats and Soros did a coup . They framed an INNOCENT man .

Exactly right.
And they will do it again.
We are going to see Democrats sweep into the Senate in 2018 and maybe the House.
That’s the bottom line. Jeff Sessions has caused and continues to cause Trump a lot of grief. My only question after this debacle: Does Roy Moore pursue the lawsuits against his accusers? He better.
corrected my entry in post 23
Moore was a terrible candidate. What kind of @sshole running in a Senate race of national importance in Alabama travels to Philadelphia to attend the Army-Navy football game on the weekend before the election?
Don't overlook the way they stole the senate seat for Al Franken in 2009 - Recount, Recount, Recount...
That's the same way democrats stole the 2004 gubernatorial election for Christine Gregoire in 2004.
Democrats know that every win is important.
Stealing the Al Franken seat gave them the extra vote ethey needed to pass Obamacare.
Republicans, like Mitch McConnell, would rather turn the senate over to democrats than see a republican he doesn't like take the win for his own party.
Tonight he got his wish.
You have coined the term Hooha Rights.
When Roy Moore doesn’t pursue any legal action against those accusers you may decide that the allegations were true.
50,000 missing Moore votes from Jefferson county.
