Sadly, Mitch McConnell and the Republicans succeeded in what no Democrat could: Elect a democrat to the senate. This is why I left the Republican party.

It ain't over UNTIL it's over and ALL VOTES ARE COUNTED !
JUDGE Roy Moore should NOT concede until EVERY VOTE is counted !

An audit of the election should be demanded. I’m smelling severe fraud.

There was no fraud. Alabama has voter ID.

Moore was a lousy candidate who had no support from his party and the Democrats funneled millions into the race to get out the vote.

Look at the returns. Democrats who voted for Obama came out and voted for Jones. Republicans who voted for Trump stayed home.

And Moore chose to go on vacation out of state for much of the past week.

I don’t plan on turning on the news for at least two weeks.

And how many Dem. Senators has your state defeated in the last 30 years? Isn’t your state flag a bear on it’s knees before a commi star?

I am pissed at the people of Alabama tonight. And furious with the likes of McConnell, Flake and Shelby.

But I live, for now, in Illinois. So I got no right to say nuthin.

No the national GOP pulled out. The REpublican senate PAC spent 30 million against Moore and the Dems spent another 40 million. The uniparty won this one and I’m sorry that my neighbors were stupid. I’m just amazed. It’s time to reflect on this. I have over 100 people working for me. First douch bag gloating gets escorted to the door. I’m not kidding.

So, when we can we recall Jones and have another election?

No recall under the Constitution. Jones finishes the last three years of Sessions term, then runs for reelection in 2020.

Yep. Trump was right Luther would of won this race. Bannon foisted this creep on Alabama and they said no. Bannon rode a horse to the polling booth today. What a goof. Bannon and Moore should ride out of town on the same horse they came in on.

Why did they hold a special election if they didn’t have to? I know a lot of FReepers didn’t like Luther Strange, but I don’t know much about the guy.

Bingo.

Remember how energized we all were in the mid-terms and special elections during Obola's reign of terror? Our turn out was enormous just to stick it in Obola's face.

Reverse the roles and the animosity, and you know why RM lost today. The Dems in the blue cities turned out in droves; the conservatives, eh, not so much.

Trump should immediately fire the eunuch Jeff Sessions and appoint Judge Moore Attorney General.

I like the way you roll. Thanks for lifting my spirits a bit tonight.

This sets such a dangerous precedent.

If this election wasn’t rigged, it means red state voters decided unfounded allegations against a conservative candidate reign supreme over a known liberal agenda candidate.

“Moore is a good man.”

Perhaps.

But he did violate his oath of office twice as Supreme Court Justice.

He swore to uphold and execute higher court decisions.

Therefore he was twice removed by the political organs of the people of Alabama.

Bannon ain’t the problem. Moore is a 30 year vet winning in AL. He was sunk because his own party sunk him. Period. The Mcconnell/Flake/McCain wing of the party is bought and paid for by our opposition. Incompetent management of the majority. Bannon is a minor player in all of this.
