All that's left to report is pieces of Birmingham. They were stuck on 85% forever, but it just went up to 91% reporting. As expected, most of them went 'rat.

For the first time, Jone's lead is over 1%. Went from 0.7% to 1.1%. Guess that gives him "I got a MANDATE!" bragging rights, eh?
