Judge Roy Moore enters his last campaign rally to the sounds of "Sweet Home Alabama," right at the point Van Zandt is singing, "I hope Neil Young will remember, a Southern Man don't need him around, anyhow," and is immediately welcomed heartily by two black men, one wearing a Vietnam Vets hat. The other man says, "Good to see you brother," and embraces Moore.

I heard it on the Serius Patriot channel on the new Breitbart evening show that was hosted by Steve Bannon. Al I can say is WOW, Everyone hit it out of the park and the Breitbart show after the speech had great guests and was inspirational.

I have a black, female coworker, who is a convert to Islam, and someone had a random YouTube stream or maybe Pandora going in the office. SHA came on, and she was singing along under her breath, and swaying. That's one of my favorite WTH moments from working there, or anywhere really. :^)

If you ever search the hashtag on Instagram there are usually Slavics galore singing Sweet Home Alabama.

It amazes me how one person can find a riff on a guitar that no one else could find but it was there all the time.

Another example is Hotel California. Don Felder turns on a cassette recorder and plays Bm, F#m and so forth and sends copies to Frey and Henley. They put lyrics to it and Bam! Felder’s wife says she still has the original cassette.
