In his Friday interview with Carl Gallups, Obama birth certificate investigator Mike Zullo indicated for the first time that he believes the “short-form” birth certificate bearing the name “Barack Hussein Obama II” was “officially” produced by the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH), although likely from a “surreptitious record” planted in the database by remote intrusion.
On June 8, 2008, an image of a short-form birth certificate, or “Certification of Live Birth,” apparently demonstrating Obama’s birth on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI appeared at The Daily KOS, the Obama campaign’s “Fight the Smears” website, Politifact and other websites, reportedly to quell doubts that Obama was not born in the United States and therefore could be ineligible to serve as president.
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen,” which most Americans understand to mean, “born in the United States.” However, some scholars believe that a simple birth in the country is insufficient to satisfy the “natural born” requirement and that the candidate’s parents must have possessed U.S. citizenship prior to his birth within the United States.
Questions about Obama’s presidential eligibility first arose in 2007 in light of credible, mainstream media reports stating that he was born in Kenya or Indonesia. As the primary cycle concluded and Obama received the Democratic nomination, many Americans became concerned that Obama’s reported assumption of Indonesian citizenship when he lived there as a child and his claimed British-citizen father were disqualifying factors in addition to questions over his birthplace.

I seem to remember that his momma was in Kenya visiting when she went into labor. How she got on a plane being hugely pregnant is a question. But the fact remains that somebody ran an article as a statement of birth just afterwards in a Hawaiian newspaper. Or maybe that was fabricated too.
Truth is we got lied to BIGTIME and God don't cotton to liars.
I was, and many were, considering the citizenship for the purposes of the discussion as a Kenyan citizen when he was born. The act of changing to a British Commonwealth citizen wouldn’t have occurred until later. But it is on record there is a foreign birth certificate locked up with the British government. Andt if the rules of the nation, Kenya, were followed, and if he chose to do nothing, he would lose his Kenyan/British birth rite but the cert would be stored for information purposes of a birth. And since a birth cert was provided by Hawaii, legal or not, it’s the only game in town and judges at the federal level have decided that. Can’t do muuch about it as we have no idea how many “deals” were made.

Thanks for the ping, Seize. I have here the smoking gun that places Stanley Ann in in the Canadian Salvation Army home for unwed mothers. Various researchers have independently identified this Vancouver location as the one in which SA gave birth. Now we have Obama Sr identifying THE SAME location as the one at which SA will give up the baby. Statistically speaking, the odds of completely independent researchers ‘just happening,’ to pinpoint the exact location identified by Obama Sr approach zero. There is no more room for doubt; this was the place.
‘Boston Globe reporter Sally Jacobs cites documents in the ‘alien file’ of the senior Barack H. Obama to make the adoption claim in her book, The Other Barack: The Bold and Reckless Life of President Obama’s Father. She obtained the documents from the Department of Homeland Security using a Freedom of Information Request.
According to Jacobs, Obama’s father was under “scrutiny” by immigration officials for possibly having multiple wives. Jacobs reports that the elder Obama stressed to the officials that he was divorced from his previous wife and that he and his current wife, Ann Dunham (the president’s mother), planned to put their child up for adoption once he was born.
“Subject got his [United States Citizen] wife ‘Hapai’ [Hawaiian for pregnant] and although they were married they do not live together and Miss Dunham is making arrangements with the Salvation Army to give the baby away,” according to the immigration file.’
[There was no Salvation Army home for unwed mothers in Honolulu in 1961. (Nor, for that matter, is there one today.)]

DL was saying Canada while I was still saying Kenya. But Yaelle, you were the first one I can recall mentioning the Salvation Army home for unwed mothers specifically. As I mentioned above, the odds of you just by happenstance zeroing in on the exact location identified by Obama Sr are remote to nonexistent
You joined in July, and your very first post was not only on a Zullo thread, but to me specifically. Given my long history of sparring with Obots, your activity is screaming out, ‘Retread zotted Obot!’
I’d be delighted to discuss the Vancouver/Stanley Ann connection. But I’d first like to know which formerly banned Obot you are.

I'm assuming the memo that was truncated by the author, who apparently had the (unredacted) INS file for two years before her book was published, indicates the name Miss or Mrs Dan...wasn't a reference to Stanley Ann Dunham. The memo released to Heather Smathers has that entire sentence deleted. The date is in April, 1961. We are expected to believe an adoption was being discussed quite some time before the dubious birthdate of August 4.
All that isn't grounds to hang any identification on, neither the mother, nor what would have been the unborn child.
One more thing. There is a gift specifically—if not all but uniquely—possessed by Obots. It’s this: if there is an elephant in the room the size of Godzilla, they are either incapable of seeing it or else geniuses at pretending not to see it. I’ve never encountered an Obot who didn’t have this trait; it’s innate with them.
Your opening post to me exhibits this exact mentality. Why would you join FR in order to post on a Zullo thread unless you know at least the basics of Obama’s history? But if you know them, you could answer the Vancouver question yourself...*unless* you have the ‘I couldn’t see an elephant if it was ripping my head off,’ syndrome.

Sally Jacobs obtained the memos for her book. She says the reference is to “Miss Dunham”, which is the only young woman [in HI] Obama Sr claimed to marry and impregnate.
I knew nothing of whatever this is from Barack Sr. I only researched if the girls in the day at Stanley Ann’s commie high school went across the border to Vancouver to unwed mother homes when they got in trouble. And found the two homes, and figured her parents would not send her to the Catholic one.
That solution was the only one which fit Occam’s Razor. Barack Obama II had a citizenship problem. So he must have been born outside the country. And no way would the Dunham’s send their only, precious child at 17 to Kenya in 1960, pregnant. The baby Daddy was married and had a wife and kids there, as well. Stanley Ann showed up in Seattle with a newborn she didn’t even know how to diaper. It all makes perfect sense.
I’d be surprised if DL said Canada before me, but maybe she (?) did. For years everyone here ripped me a new one for it.
What this means is that we elected a non citizen as a President, twice.
