Scary. I first noticed an article about the fire when they said it burned "100 acres". An hour later when I refreshed the page it said "5,500 acres." Yikes.

Just heard the entire city of Santa Barbara lost power at the same time as did Santa Paula.

There is a strong smell of fire outside in Chino California but that is nowhere near these major fires. I’m finding no information on what could be the cause of it.

We are North of Gay Frisco and had to evacuate at 3:30 am the first morning of the fire.

If you live in a probable path of the fire, get out now.

If they declare an evacuation, do it.

Fires driven by Santa Anna winds can’t be controlled.
