On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Your World,” Senate Republican Conference Chair Senator John Thune (R-SD) argued it would be best if Alabama Republican Senate nominee Judge Roy Moore stepped aside. Thune said, “[I]f and when he gets here, there’s going to be this cloud, I think there’s going to be an ethics investigation. I think that’s probably inevitable, and that it would — everybody would be better served if he would step aside and allow somebody else to run, even as a write-in candidate, I think we win that seat with a Republican. But the president sounds like he’s sort of stepping up his activities in that race. That’s his prerogative. But I still think it’s in everybody’s best interest, including the party, the Senate, and the country if we could eliminate the distraction that ultimately is going to come with this election.”

I can’t be bothered by this virtue signaling. Has Thune asked Sen. Bob Menendez to step down? Menendez has been credibly linked to underage Dominican prostitutes. I’d really like to hear from Thune regarding Bob Menendez.
I think Moore should have an ethics investigation, too. But I still want him to win. Why? Because he’s infinitely preferable to the neo-statist GOP-e and the Democrat party. The latter’s political philosophy, by the way, got at least 100 million people killed during the last century.
Wouldn’t it be refreshing if all these politicians kept their mouths shut, and mind their own business.

With President Trump the swamp creatures can’t help but reveal themselves for easy targeting. Many will be bagged in 2018.
Thune is now a swamp creature. It would be better for everybody if he retired.

He is one of the most highly qualified candidates for Senate in the last couple of decades
West Point graduate, two tours of duty in Vietnam commanding a Miltary Police Battalion, U of Alabama Law School Alum, DeputyDA , Circuit Court judge and Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court.
Have read some of his opinions and he is a pretty darn good legal scholar.
His ethics are unquestionably clear and beyond reproach

The Crimson Tide is saving the Republic by voting a righteous man like Roy Moore to the Senate. Roll Tide Roll!
The election is in seven days and many early ballots have already been cast. If Judge Moore steps aside, the democrats win, and the Swamp will not be drained. I’m certain Thune knows all that. He just doesn’t care.
I have news for Thune: Alabama voters will not be manipulated by Washington. If Moore were to be forced off the ballot, many Alabama Republican voters would stay home on election day, while others would vote for Jones.
Furthermore, if the Senate holds an ethics hearing on Moore & evicts him from the Senate after he wins the election, I expect, no DEMAND, that Gov. Ivey to reappoint Moore to the seat. No elitist WDC tribunal will decide for Alabamians who their reps will be, not ever.
And Shelby, a “former” Democrat & Liberal, is in deep trouble with voters in his next election.
In short: Go to Hell Washington, go to Hell McConnell, Thune, Romney, & all the rest of the swamp dwellers.
Fukk this Thune jerk. But Moore needs help NOW!
