Finally!
Now start building the wall too.
winning!
Good
Now start massive deportations
Throw Linda Sarsour out of the country to test it’s effectiveness.
Ruth and Sonia never surprise us. Dreadful peole.
This is GREAT news.
.
Well now that almost a full year has gone by and who knows how many tax payer dollars have been spent on legal services...its great that we now know the blatantly obvious truth that Trump was acting within his powers.
This is fair. Keep us safe and vet them good. Then cut down the rate of immigration to a level consistent with current needs. Don’t flood our borders to win Democratic votes and depress the wage and prosperity levels of our current legal citizens.
So all these stoopid libtard judges at lower court levels have been decisively over-ruled, at last! They couldn’t even get all of the liberals on the SC to go along....
Excellent news.
Should be 57 Muslim countries.
If the Supreme Court has the power to ‘allow’ the executive to exercise the power given to it under the Constitution, they also have the power to disallow. Why don’t we just put the judges in charge? Wait.../s
This only allows the travel ban to go into force while the arguments move through the lower courts. Basically, no injunction for now. What I don’t understand is what happens when one of the liberal lower court finishes its case and rules against the Trump administration. Is the travel ban then stopped until an appeal to a higher court reverses the lower court? So is this still an emotional yo-yo until the set of completed cases reach the Supreme Court, hopefully in time to be ruled on in June.
Stare Decisis!
Learn it! Love it! Live It!
No more little men with little johnsons in little states like HI standing in the way of the INS.
These same who say States can’t help the INS since “immigration is a federal issue.” Until it isn’t.
So Kagan went along with the ban?
Interesting.
Can you hear the screams from La La Land?
The vote was 7-2. That should be a message to the Courts of Appeals.
Kagan is prone to occasional lapses into common sense.
