A 23-year-old migrant, named Juusuf Muhamed Abbud, was acquitted from aggravated rape despite having intercourse with a ten-year-old girl. The court said it was not clear that the girl was “unable to defend herself and express her lack of consent”.
According to the Helsinki times:
“The Turku Court of Appeal ruled last week that the defendant was guilty of aggravated child sexual abuse but not of aggravated rape and sentenced him to only three years in prison”, thus upholding a ruling issued in March by the District Court of Pirkanmaa.
The defendant was acquitted of the charge of aggravated rape on grounds that the defense was unable to substantiate its claim that the victim had been unable to defend herself and express her lack of consent because she was in a state of fear and helplessness at the time of the act, according to Helsingin Sanomat.
Jussi Tapani, a professor of criminal law at the University of Turku, and Matti Tolvanen, a professor of criminal law at the University of Eastern Finland, said in an interview with the newspaper that the case could ultimately warrant the attention of the Supreme Court of Finland.
Both of them indicated that the criminal code fails to unambiguously define the grounds for determining that the victim was in a state of fear or other state of helplessness.
“The Supreme Court should set a precedent on whether or not a 10-year-old can be ruled to be able to express their will in circumstances such as these. I’m personally of the opinion that a 10-year-old would be unable to understand the matter and thereby defend themselves against an adult,” comments Tolvanen.”
Finland appears to be going the way of its suicidal neighbor to the West.

I think they deserve most of the blame. An Islamic savage is going to do what an Islamic savage is going to do, just like any animal would. It’s the traitors to their own kind who enable this who need to be dealt with.

Finland, of course, wasn’t technically under Soviet control after WW2 (they were during much of WW2, despite their legendary effort to resist the Soviets). But the countries that were under direct Soviet control after WW2 (part of that time under Stalin), appear now to be the ONLY COUNTRIES in Europe able to think rationally as to what will happen to them if they flood their country with Muslims.
It’s odd that they can think that clearly, while others cannot, but perhaps it’s because the Leftists in the West (who have been plotting this since the war) weren’t even able to work with them until well into the 90s. But whatever, those countries are now the only hope for Europe - and the only ones safe to visit.
Finland lost the Winter War in 1940 then joined the Axis attack in 1941 (to get back their lost territory); most of the country wasn’t occupied by the USSR at all, and part of the eastern section was for a year.
FWIW, I believe they may be the only Axis country in the east that wasn’t occupied at the end of the war (though they lost that eastern territory again). They wouldn’t join the larger war effort, fighting only to regain their territory; when Hitler asked for their help at Leningrad, they wouldn’t send any.

Like an illegal that hasn’t taken the time to TRY and learn English in the 15 years he has been here and gets shot while committing a crime or even raping someone and using the defense that he doesn’t speak English and didn’t realize the TEN YEAR OLD was saying no.
True JUSTICE would be if once a clown like this is released, publicly air the time and street corner he will be dropped off at, let the citizens have their ‘chat’ with him and if he survives, the public has bought into your program, if he doesn’t it should mean these people will sit on the next jury.
OR
You have a place to send the next one, and save the expense of a trial.
Won’t take very many ‘vigilante justice’ incidents and they will grind to a halt....
