This asshole should be treated as a foreign invader, processed as an enemy combatant out of uniform, and tried in a military court.
If Mexico wants him back, they can make a down payment of 30% of the cost of the wall.
If they don't want him back, he should be confined at Guantanamo Bay.
I've been stewing all day on this, and came to two conclusions before I saw this news: (a) Trump was going to have him arrested on federal charges; and (b) those charges would relate to multiple entries, terrorism and status as non-uniformed enemy combatant ie gang related offense(s).
Everyone should realize that the perp is never going to be set free, and two, if the DOJ does their job correctly, he should receive the death penalty no different than McVeigh.
