Hillary was not under oath when interviewed by the FBI. She had several lawyers with her. There was no transcript, recording or even notes taken at the interview. What a country...no, what a government.
From what I’ve heard this morning on FOX, apparently lying to the FBI whether under oath or not is actionable.
