Absolutely. The problem is, the judges themselves are corrupt. Maybe PDJT is waiting until he can fill more of the judge openings before trying them in court and having these treasonous judges acquit them.

Cases of rebellion don’t require civilian courts. We used military courts at the end of the civil war.

Yes they did. I am not sure if this Pandora’s box can ever be closed. Maybe OJ slightly opened it, and this debacle in SF, just tore the whole cover off of it.

So how did he escape the involuntary manslaughter charge? There was no justice served. And he’s five times deported already. What happened to 3 strikes you are out? Send him to hard time in California prison.

The negligent behavior of the government officials in SF should be held criminally liable for the death. It was a willful act of blatant disregard for public safety and interdepartmental cooperation.
