A man has been arrested in connection with the recent string of homicides in Tampa's Seminole Heights neighborhood, police announced at press conference late Tuesday night.
Tampa Police Department Chief Brian Dugan identified the suspect as Howell Donaldson III.
"Chief Dugan credits arrest in series of Seminole Heights murders to hard work of officers, federal partners, and community members," the Tampa Police Department tweeted.

I hope they got him. This was horrific. He was out there killing someone every week.
The media say they can’t be racist either, so I suppose it is OK with them, if the victims were all white. In fact, they are hoping for it. /S

But he won’t be charged with a “hate crime” because for that to happen, the perp would have to be white and the victim would have to be black or another kind of minority. Minorities are not capable of hate crimes under the law because only whites have ever been “hateful”.
So glad they caught him.
What was the racial makeup of the victims?
They labeled this a serial killer case after only two weeks. Glad they arrested someone, hope it us the right guy.
