CNN, who presumably expects to be taken as something other than a partisan joke as a news organization, writes a “gee, what happened?” story based on statements from unidentified sources and someone’s feeling that a lawyer’s statement “seemed to” affirm stories for which they fail to provide any factual evidence in the first place. Uh, huh.
You’ve got unnamed sources saying the attack was about lawn clippings. On the other side you have actual people with names saying it was politically motivated. Who to believe?
