Presumably acting as an unregistered foreign agent for Turkey and lying to the FBI. In exchange for his cooperation I assume he won’t be charged with conspiracy and attempted kidnapping - and may avoid russia related stuff.

I doubt if it has anything to do with President Trump. However the msm will try to spin it that way.

Depends on what Zarrab has to say..including about the kidnapping of Gulen.

Where does the attempted kidnapping figure in?

I believe this unregistered agent is so common, no one has ever been chastised...just asked to update the record.

Agree. Flynn has other problems re not registering as a foreign agent, alleged assistance to help Turkey get back US-based cleric Fethullah Gulen who Erdogen blames for the attempted coup, and failing to report income from foreign sources. Flynn could also be in violation of various laws governing his conduct as a former intelligence officer.
Collusion with the Russians on a campaign is not a crime. IMO Trump has nothing to fear from the Flynn deal with Mueller.
