It has not been a good season for NFL kneelers and National Anthem protesters.
Fans have reacted with literal fire and fury as the anthem protests have swept across the NFL. People are tuning out in record numbers while attendance at games has dropped to its lowest level in decades.
The league has been caught flat-footed on the issue and is scrambling to keep the rage of fans at bay as the PR nightmare continues to unfold. Now, it seems the league is ready to make a permanent solution to the problem.
Reports indicate that if the protests continue, the NFL will make official rules dictating where and how the protesters can make their political statements. According to The Washington Post, the new rules being considered by team owners and NFL executives will outlaw all protests during the anthem and confine protesters to the locker room if they wish to sit out the anthem.

You are correct. A new league dominated by disaffected black players from the hood will quickly become what the NFL is now. I still watch MLB. It is not BLM dominated yet.
Make these little Trump statues with a plaque that says “Kneel before The Donald” and set one down in front of anyone that kneels. LOL
If they also ban ghetto antics after scoring and in interviews, I might reconsider.
The nfl, its "games", their "scores", the players are ALL totally irrelevant and utterly meaningless.
The nfl has become like the ancient gladiatorial games, the Circus Maximus; the famous gladiators and the charioteers of "renoun" from the ancient Roman Empire.
Their arenas are nothing but crumbling ruins and who can recall or name any of their "famous" gladiators or charioteers? The answer is no one! This is the fate that awaits the once "glorious" nfl:

This is the future that awaits the nfl, and they destroyed it all with their own hands!
ALL THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY, THAT IS ALL!
They literally strangled to death their fan base "goose that laid all of their billion dollar nfl solid gold eggs" with their own hands. The goose is permanently dead and they killed it! Now, all too late they want to put Humpty Dumpy back together again and resurrect the goose from the dead.
This is rich, the National Felon League chose to side and kneel with hate America, only blm, sjw, hate whitey, communist anarchists over America and their own nfl fan base and now their fan base has been totally alienated and the very monsters they willingly aligned themselves with have turned on them and are now eating them alive.
All too late the nfl has awoken to the reality that the entire league, has an INCURABLE CASE OF SELF INFLICTED FINANCIAL EBOLA and is hemorrhaging money out of every conceivable orafice to the tune of HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS A WEEK with no way out and no end in sight.
And now, all too late, Jerry and the rest are vainly trying to resurrect the goose and put Humpty Dumpy back together again.
There is only one problem with their plan: their mask of contrived, ersatz "love of country" and "patriotism" has fallen off and permanently shattered, and they have shown us all their REAL FACE and what they REALLY THINK about their fans and our country:

The once financially lucrative nfl is circling the toilet bowl into obscurity and is quickly becoming totally irrelevant and financially worthless.
We choose to STAND with Americans for America; we choose love of country, we choose patriotism, we choose to "Live Free or Die", rather than "huddle up", "bend the knee" and subjugate ourselves, our families, and our beloved nation to the black racist, socialist, sjw, PC tyranny and perverted ideology of the National Felon League.
They want us to compromise our patriotism, our love of country, flag and nation and symbolically join the NFL in show of rebellious "unity" but "What fellowship does light have with darkness, good with evil (and subjugation for the sake of 'unity')?"
The answer is a resounding NOTHING! We can have no "unity" with those who hate our nation, its flag, its values and with those who despise us.
The anti-American National Felon League has, to quote Admiral Yamato: "awoken a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve".
We are at war; the NFL started this cultural war against US, against America and they are attacking EVERYTHING WE STAND FOR, BELIEVE IN AND HOLD NEAR AND DEAR.
Like WWII, there can not be any, truce, or "compromise" for the sake of their false notion of "unity", no "cessation of hostilities" with the nfl and those who have made themselves our enemies with out a cause.
We Americans who love our county more than any game have now taken up the fight forced upon us by the nfl and like "the greatest generation" we too will settle for only one outcome: NOTHING LESS THAT THEIR TOTAL SURRENDER!
Well, it looks like finally pride walked away with the NFL so badly that it’s become a honkin’ joke.
I have a bittersweet sense about ball games, personally. I remember following those of my high school and college, and cheering when they were winning.
But again. They weren’t kajillion dollar affairs either. The very magnitude of hoopla over the pro games (which makes it possible for them to BE pro games) says one thing to me: Idolatry.
Ball games were a cause of contention between me and my father. He’d threaten to punish me rather than to socialize with his very young son, if he was sitting in the living room watching one on TV. Now I hope the supreme irony of that really sinks in. Not even “Son, let me show you how football, etc. works.” No wonder I never really cared for the sports. They seemed like an alien thing to me and I never had the heart to really embrace it all.
And now, many decades later, to see the piper FINALLY getting paid in that obscene scene... well I confess to some Psalm 2 grade laughter. Why should the nations rage? Well, they shouldn’t. Not over a sport, especially!
The kneelers aren’t even kneeling to God. Now that I could understand... that our country is so mired in sin that it knows it needs His mercy. And racism isn’t a one-color phenomenon. But that’s not asserted here. At most, some wag wrote a verse about praying... but praying to what?
They’re kneeling to some kind of wicked Baal. A Baal that has malice towards whatever godliness is left in America.
I get the same vibes from this that I got from that picture of the destroyer Hindu god, whats-her-face, Kala? depicted in lights on one New York City skyscraper. It’s just plain malice.
I can thank God for flushing this stuff out. The Age of Trump has brought a change in America. Before we can move to the good, the bad needs to be flushed out. And that means illuminating it and understanding the truth about it.
That's because baseball is fed by the minor leagues, while football is fed by colleges. A minor league player doesn't get financial compensation. A college which needs a certain minimum number of black students will go after black athletes and give them athletic scholarships.
