You seem just a little dense on this point. All evil acts can NEVER be put into any legal code or a “Just” (virtuous) Law—period. Otherwise, with evil people you have to created a zillion “Laws” to control EVERYTHING or else there is chaos. It makes laws irrational to promote evil and ALL unjust, “evil” law is “null and void” (in Natural Law theory).
Without virtue in people it is NOT possible to have a free society. Freedom is NOT possible without morality (Christianity or the 10 Commandments). It is why the 10 Commandments were put into all court rooms before the Communists banned Christianity from the public square and public schools so they could force Satanism and paganism and their rites of sodomy and baby-killiing into minds of little children to destroy virtue formation and control (warp) their minds-—to normalize evil behavior.
Ask any 12 year old girl today from a public school and the conditioned, controlled girl will regurgitate “there is a “Right” to kill our own genetic offspring because it is inside our own body” It is against Natural Law, reason, science and is immoral (evil).
