Hillary is going to be super mad when she finds out that U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick is President of the United States.

Pardon the typo.

But this judge is delusional. He needs to be recalled.

Must not be permanently blocked if it is being appealed

The article is wrong in it’s title.

A single judge cannot make a “permanent” block on Trump’s order. Such a block would/will be appealed to the full circuit court, and if it upholds that one judge it would be appealed to the SCOTUS.

The judge’s ruling itself is just one temporary legal step in what can be a long process. At this point it cannot be said to be “permanent”.

Just appeal it to SCOTUS and body slam that black-robed punk.

I have faith in President Trump. He will see this as a speed bump and find another way in, around, under or through.

President Trump wants to SAVE America. He’ll do all he can.

Congress should attach “strings” to the next appropriation that would allow this cut off.

Meanwhile a border patrol agent gets his head bashed in by the Left’s favorite people.

The President is so right...as always.

If Congress was in Republican hands, they could just craft a law to fix this. Oh, wait, this is the same bunch of losers who took one look at Trump’s submitted budget, then turned their back and walked away, chuckling.

What I have wondered is this: how is forcing American taxpayers to fund illegal invaders constitutional? How is this not a clear unconstitutional taxation?

This will be over turned easily. I assure you that locals don’t set immigration policy and funding is statutorily prerogative of the Justice Department on these programs. This judge can go straight to HELL!!

Why don’t they just start enforcing Section 8 of Immigration law and start throwing everyone involved with hiding illegal immigrants in Jail. After Years of asking. No one has yet been willing to explain to me why Section 8 does not apply. My question is always ignored.

This line is BS, No judge can permanently make a standing decision on anything. But coming from a liberal piece of crap like the Chicago Times, I can understand where it came from and why they did it. They just flat lied.
