I told my wife the other day that Trump is draining the swamp regarding all these sexual dalliances everywhere. She said Trump is in that swamp. Not wanting to get into an argument with her, I really did want to say that God uses His men in His ways.

This country has been given a real breather with POTUS DJT. I am not sure why, but Gos had done this.

Along with Supreme Court Justices, whose impact will be felt for 30-50 years or so; there is an article out today about how POTUS DJT is the most pro-life president we have ever had.

A true “marvel move of God” that has occurred and is occurring.

Rumor floating around DC legal circles the last couple weeks that Kennedy has already told the White house privately that he is going to announce his retirement over the courts Christmas recess, (effective at the end of the current term in June.) This somewhat unusual announcement makes it sound like there might be some truth to the rumors. President Trump wants all his ducks in a row to get a replacement confirmed as quickly as possible, just in case Republicans do lose the senate next fall.

This is also the reason that the left has gone Nuclear in the Alabama Senate race. They think if they can peel off another Republican seat, it will give cover to Collins, McCain, and Murkowski to block any Justice that isn’t a supporter of Roe v. Wade.

We have a 5-4 pro-Roe majority on the Court. Replacing Kennedy with a conservative would switch that.

Collins and Murkowski were willing to support Gorsuch because it was replacing a Conservative for a Conservative.

Those two hags are femi-nazis above all else, and they will NOT support a Conservative replacing a liberal like Kennedy.

With a 52-48 Senate, Pence can break the tie if Murkowski and Collins flip. If we lose the Alabama Senate seat, Pence won’t be able to.

Exactly! This will drive the left absolutely crazy. I saw this release from the White House earlier and liked a couple names, but, since, apparently, FOX has also had some comment to this effect with others claiming post-Thanksgiving resignation by Kennedy! That would give plenty of time for confirmation and avoid period with only six justices, something Kennedy would do. This would hopefully position Roberts as the "centrist" vote with somebody like Kavanaugh on the bench :)

I was pleased to see Kavanaugh but even more anxious to learn more about Amy Coney Barrett, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
