Any buffalo dish is better than crow.
I like buffalo burgers, buffalo medallions, and buffalo ground meat. The latter can be made into anything you can make regular ground beef into.
What is your beef with bison, or this is just bull?

This moron had a golden opportunity to recoup is his losses and make gains but instead decided to double-down on stupid. All he had to do was cut loose the NFL publicly.
