I am 99.9999% sure that the DoJ is working on Clinton's (and of course that involves others') crimes as we speak.

Sessions is very, very cagey in his public statements.

And this, retweeted on LS's twitter page (well worth following, especially now that he doesn't post on FR anymore due to freaking aholes btw):

I was told several days ago by a retired but still well connected former DOJ'er that there is an active criminal investigation into the Clinton Foundation and soon U1 being managed by several DOJ bureau chiefs, making it impervious to any one person shutting it down. Solid source

Yes, that is what I’m thinking too. I also find it unlikely a retired Marine Corps officer would easily betray his country and the Constitution.

Every day something new comes out. This ridiculousness has to stop. There is ample evidence for a Special Counsel. As Jim Jordan said to Jeff Sessions, "What's it going to take?"

Laws broken in the Uranium One Scandal:

18 U.S.C. 201B: Federal Bribery Statute

18 U.S.C. 201C: Federal Gratuity Statute

18 U.S.C. 1341: Mail Fraud Statute

18 U.S.C. 1343: Wire Fraud Statute

18 U.S.C. 666: Program Bribery Statute

18 U.S.C. 1952: Travel Act

18 U.S.C. 1961-1968: Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations Act

Laws broken in the Dossier scandal:

52 U.S.C. 30101 Et Seq.: Federal Election Campaign Act Filing A False Or Misleading Campaign Report

52 U.S.C. 30121: Federal Election Campaign Prohibits Foreign Nationals and Governments in U.S. Campaigns

Laws broken in the Email/Server scandal:

18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information

U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material

U.S. Code 2071 itself should put her away for life: 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

Jeff Sessions, did Hillary Clinton remove, conceal, mutilate, or destroy any document?

18 U.S. Code § 641 - Public money, property or records

18 U.S. Code § 1505 - Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees

18 U.S. Code § 1519 - Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations

18 U.S. Code § 1031 - Fraud against the United States

18 U.S. Code § 1343 - Fraud by wire, radio or television

18 U.S. Code § 1346 - Definition of scheme or artifice to defraud

18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to defraud the United States

18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit a federal offense

With each law broken multiple times, there are indictable offenses galore. According to Rudy Giuliani, there are at least 16 separate felonious violations of U.S. Federal Code, and many multiple counts therein.

Jeff Sessions, has this information been withheld from you? I hesitate to ask, because it sounds like an affront, but your response yesterday conveys a lack of knowledge of the severity of her multiple crimes.

People around here are so fed up, they're talking about not voting Nov 6 if Hillary isn't in jail.

I close with a graphic of just one area of criminality:
