Sen. Cory Gardner (R-Colo.), who leads the Senate GOP campaign arm, is calling on the Senate to expel embattled Alabama GOP nominee Roy Moore if Moore wins December's special election, the first GOP senator to publicly raise the specter of expulsion.
"I believe the individuals speaking out against Roy Moore spoke with courage and truth, proving he is unfit to serve in the United States Senate and he should not run for office," Gardner said "If he refuses to withdraw and wins, the Senate should vote to expel him, because he does not meet the ethical and moral requirements of the United States Senate."
Under the Senate rules, a vote of two-thirds of the body can expel a Senator. That would be historic — the Senate hasn't expelled a member since 1862.

Already raising the specter of expulsion BEFORE the charges have been proved PROVES the corruption of almost all of the senators up there. They didn't expel Ted Kennedy or scores of others they knew to be immoral. They hate Moore because he IS moral.

This statement flies in the face of the constitution which clearly states “innocent until proven guilty”. This is beyond evil.

These guys didn't want Moore to begin with, and the piling on is over the top obvious.
They can't stand to have someone who doesn't agree with them, replace the riff-raff they have supported for the last fifty years or more.
Prove something beyond a shadow of a doubt, or shut up.
If that’s the case then the Senate should expel McCain who has not only bashed and besmirched the President of the United States but has also lied to the people of the United States and specifically his constituency about who he is and what he supports.
