Was a huge fan, haven’t watched a single game this season. Built the grandkids a playhouse.

It’s amazing how much time it’s freed up at our home.

We’re doing outdoor projects, fixing up the yard and garden (looks great). Built a fire pit, had friends over.

NO NFL. And, I don’t miss it. Ditto for NBA.

Don’t see enough players that “look like us.”

Should have cut the cord on both a decade ago....

The networks are hiding the anthem. Players are still dissing the flag and the anthem, but viewers are not seeing it.

Even NBA players are linking arms rather than putting hands over hearts.

Black Lives Matter and Antifa are still their authority figures.

No need for me to boycott. I stopped watching two or three years ago after decades of loyal fanship. I just got bored with it and could not relate to the players, and it got too “corporate.”

So, I’m not watching, but without the withdrawal symptoms!

:^)

The last game I watched, and will ever watch was on Sunday, February 5, 2017. Done with the NFL. Forever.

Even if I were NOT a veteran (which I proudly am), I will continue to boycott the NFL until dooms day. I have no allegiance to those worthless POS’s who have disrespected not only out military but our country. They should all be sent back to whence they came, if Africa will have them (and take those whites who support their crap along with them).

it has been reported that papa john’s is feeling it now, but until sponsors like BUD & MILLER start seeing sales decline (not just from NFL venues, but the sports bars & local joe 6 pack bars) they’ll continue to let the players lock arms and kneel.

sponsors such as the major brewerys will demand lower ad rates based on fewer viewers.

TV Networks will offer less money to NFL for TV royalty payments.

NFL teams will take in less money.

player will get smaller contracts.

how low will they go???

Get ready for the desperate "we love the veterans" commercials featuring athletes who likely cannot even spell the word.

I saw one of them last weekend and it rang more hollow than a Lefist's head.

When I was at Domino's, it always amazed me how many people had, for lack of a better word, a shrine to John Elway and the Broncos in the front room of their house.

Hopefully they'll keep losing and people will lose interest. Doubtful.

The NFL’s display of hate towards Vets should be cause for boycott every day. And it is in our home. NOT watching.

War of attrition I guess, but when you have life-long fans (like me) cutting the NFL loose I’d say they’re getting damaged.

no to mention losing interest from long time fantasy league players, draft mags, web sites, league mgr software...

this could have a bigger impact on the sport than “the strike” had on MLB.

They may focus on “veterans”, but this veteran will not be watching. The NFL is dead to me. I’m on my way back to the range for my favorite sport, which I do quite well, instead of watching others play a sport I was never very good at.
