We know the Dems are master dirt-diggers. If the “Republican Congress” is really even Republican (doubtful), many are certainly compromised and caught and thus effectively shut up/neutralized.
A very significant percentage of Republicans who hold public office are plants. Doubt that at the nation’s risk. This has been the plan for at least 7 decades.
With multiple Republican traitors aboard, the simple answer is NO.
Screwing stuff up is their super power.
During Zumwalt, I remember ships and subs with too many USNA grads in the wardroom ended up in drydock.
