For taking this case, Sacramento attorney Daniel Wilcoxen should be severely beaten with a wet noodle, then sentenced to six months of Friday & Saturday, 10pm to 6am Emergency Room duty, assisting the staff in dealing with drunks, cleaning up after them and ensuring that they safely arrive home in one piece. See my #34. Though he was at fault, I suspect Amtrak will settle given he was in plain view of the camera and they didn't stop to render aid.

Amtrak engineers should not be expected to stare at a video screen for their entire shift.
