Embattled Alabama GOP Senate nominee Roy Moore is tied with Democrat Doug Jones in a new poll on Friday, one day after accusations surfaced that Moore had inappropriate sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl decades ago.
Moore and Jones are tied at 46 percent in the new poll by Decision Desk and Opinion Savvy, with 82 percent of respondents aware of the new allegations leveled by named accusers in The Washington Post.
In an average of polls, Moore was previously leading Jones by six points. Most polls were taken before the allegations of Moores sexual conduct were reported.
The new poll surveyed 515 likely voters and has a margin of error of 4.3 points.

Opinion Savvy has a terrible record, but I don’t see anything ‘off’ about the poll.
It’s a “fun” poll: Strange maxes out at 12% LOL!
What people are thinking about one month, is not always what they are thinking about the next.
Things that make you go, “Hmmmmm....”
Hopefully, after the Democrats and RINOs have immersed the country in lies for the last 18 months, voters will recognize this for what it is and do the right thing.
Polls right after something hits are notoriously misleading. If the poll says ithat they are tied, Moore is significantly ahead.
He scares the Republicans(D).
Oh, how incredibly convenient.. just before a poll.
Remember Trump was like 14 down to Hillary Clinton in the first public polls after the Access Hollywood thing.
Agreed, no unlike what they tried against Trump.
Depending on what part of the state you took the poll,it could be skewed.
The Globalists and their GOP-elite servants are determined to never again let an election get out of their control. That’s what this is all about, and I believe it will backfire on them.
I haven’t forgotten all the ridiculous, transparent sexual harassment accusations against Donald Trump that were circulating in the weeks before his election. I wonder if Trump himself has forgotten them?
Yup. But people are stupid to believe this.
No, he wasn't. A Fox News poll in late October also had the race tied.
Moore's polls were like +6, tied, +2, etc. He was not "running away with it."
The good news is this seat is up for reelection in 2018.
Fake news.
In 2-3 days we’ll see polls showing Moore is behind.
Don’t believe any of it.
To the fine folks in Alabama, get out & vote for Moore!!!
Not sure what they got wrong here. The new poll after allegations has the race tied. The average of polls taken before the allegations have Moore up by 6. Thus it seems reasonable to suspect that the new poll being 6 lower than the average may be a reflection of the effect of the allegations....since they are big news right now. This seems to me consistent with how sex scandal accusations play out.
However, the question remains if these accusations "have legs" as they say. Is there going to be more evidence or more accusations or something that keeps this in the news and makes it seem more plausible. If not, I think the Washington Post took their shot too early and Moore will likely recover his lead, if indeed he had lost it, before Dec 12 when the election takes place.
Imho the Deep state, Republican senatorial committee and the gope pulled the trigger too early on this gambit. Should have waited to just after Thanksgiving.

I suspect the GOPe as much as the demoncraps.
This is edging closer to a civil war that the elite bastards may well regret they started.
“...this is a setup.”
“Setup”. That’s the word I was looking for. And people will recognize it for what it is.
Yep. I think the GOPe overplayed their hand. It was just too quick before everyone had the exact same script of talking points to not look like an obvious coordinated hit job.
