There seems to be a general consensus in Washington that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman

Oof, I hate the New Republic and I hate the Weekly Standard.
Why do Freepers keep posting this crap? I hate it.
People who visit FR have literally said they thought it was a Leftist site for all the Leftist sources being posted.
Remembering that Obama+Neocons drew Saudi Arabia into their failed plot to overthrow Assad inside Syria, and that Obama+Neocons drew Saudi Arabia into their plot to destabilize the pro-USA government inside Yemen... today both the Sauds and the Neocons want to double-down, the prefered liberal tactic.
This time, they want to draw the USA into a war that smashes Iran, allowing simple mop-up operations to clean up the mess that they made inside Syria and Yemen.
ISrael has likewise been caught behaving badly in a series of rare foreign policy mistakes such as bombing Assad inside Syria.
Well, Assad is winning.
The first rule of deposing a King is “Make sure that you kill the King.”
They didn’t.
The ridiculous war in Syria has backfired on Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.
Saudi Arabia looks even weaker for its stalemate in its war in Yemen against Houthi nomads.
All of the above are CIA foreign policy blunders on a scale too large for many in the private world of public citizenry to grasp.
As a magazine, Foreign Policy is a garbage pail of liberal and neocon fantasies.
This current fantasy is that all of their earlier mistakes in the region can be fixed by a big U.S. war against Iran.
...so that’s what they are going to push.
I have had many complaints about Jared but whatever he and Bibi can do in this regard would be fantastic.
Bringing Freedom to Saudi Arabia for the first time ever ?
Foreign Policy magazine has been around forever
e may as well be. The article completely misses the Uranium One and Democrat corruption angle with the arrest of their main benefactors. These arrests for corruption lead straight to Obama and Clinton. Obama is squarely in SA’s sights. is support of Iran makes him the enemy of SA, Israel, and the US under its current President.
None of this is of interest to FP as it screeds it way against Trump.
So has the NYT’s. So what?
Getting the band back together and taking it on the road?
Corner the market on 2 million sunblock?
Placemark.
Neocons are the ones who are so hostile to Iran, no?
What a terrible idea to get involved in the upcoming Iran - SA war.
Lets give them both nukes and watch them fight it out.
