NO, the theory that has been pushed hard on FR until I started saying it could get you a subpoena and IMO is illegal (which could be nothing more than coincidence) was that Mueller was working for Trump in some alliance..which by the nature of the argument would be secret.
It is one thing to have an opinion
It is quite another to claim that sources who have never wrong have told you said alliance exists...especially when you have crowed about inside sources. That could get you a subpoena..even if your source was just someone like Hannity because you implied it was an inside source

btw2, I am not the only one that has commented that the theory was an alliance. Many posts from many people on the Live Manafort thread posted about it.

It’s a hat trick. Sessions did not recuse himself from U1. But he recused himself from everything re to Hillary. Hillary is connected to U1, therefore Sessions is recused from it.
I.e.: it’s legalistically true that Sessions didn’t recuse from U1. But in practical terms he’s recused because of the Hillary connection.
What we need is more honesty and less smoke and mirrors.

I think the investigation will end up being about corruption having zero to do with Trump. Tony Podesta stepping down is a clue. There are other clues - even in the Manafort indictment.
Mueller is of the swamp and for the swamp. His job is to destroy evidence of democrat criminality, not prosecute it.

I have had more than one exchange with Cboldt ..who I believe is a lawyer...about the scope of this investigation. I maintained that Manafort’s money laundering was not outside the scope. He called me a kook. This was months ago
I believe the natural extension should be to look at Tony Podesta given the circumstances of his connection to Manafort.
That is far different than saying..oh hey look..let’s pretend we are investigating trump but really investigating Clinton

If you are saying that the investigation may not nail Trump then I don’t disagree. I have said that for months. For many reasons.It may never reach him or it may.
But it most certainly has to do WITH trump.
One person has flipped. There will be others. There will be other REPUBLICANS go down.
Will some Dems go down. It’s possible.
The notion that there is no investigation into the Trump WH/election and it is a smoke screen is PREPOSTEROUS
