At least 16 people have been shot inside a Texas church after a gunman opened fire during the Sunday morning service.
The shooting happened at the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs, where around 50 people usually attend service, according to local reports.
Witnesses said a man 'in full gear' walked inside the church and opened fire just before 10.30am.
Neighbors in the area said they may have heard the shooter reload multiple times.
Another witness at the scene said a two-year-old was also shot in the attack.
According to KSAT, there were at least six helicopters called in to transport victims to the hospital.
It's unclear if anyone was fatally wounded in the attack.

It’s not a suburb. It’s a small town out in Wilson county well outside of the crap in San Antonio.

Poland 70 years ago was quite different. Humans are evil to the core. All humans are. Mass killing doesn’t surprise me. Nor does it make me question anything more. Evilness is in our DNA. Many CHOOSE not to be violent and cause evil on others. Some choose to be violent and cause evil. The only thing we can do is punish AFTER the fact. Or recognize their uncontrollable behavior from childhood and lock them up. There is nothing we can do to avoid this. I repeat, all humans are evil.

Yeah that is the story right now, if its true(Still taking it with a grain of salt) if he killed his family elsewhere then came to the church or his family was IN the church at the time

it’s only 35 miles, about the same distance from Fort Worth to Dallas.
It is a suburb, okay with larger front and back yards, but a suburb still.
Why? Why do you automatically assume people in church are armed?
