In the U.S., he could run for the Senate, the House, Mayor, Dogcatcher, precinct commiteeman, or Soros-stasi block watch captain, just not for President of the United States.
If he would only admit he is not actually an American Citizen he could run for President, but only in Indonesia or maybe Kenya.
